Pre-Registration can be submitted at this time. It is recommended that you pre-register to save time in line. Prices for pre-registration are the same as the day of the tournament. Print out the form above and E-mail Sensei Gonzalez for an address in order to mail it out. Of course you can stop by any of our three dojo locations to submit your forms and payments.

Directions
If you're coming from the south:
- From either I-95 or the Florida Turnpike, exit on Southern Blvd. and head west.
- Make a right on Royal Palm Beach Blvd and head North.
- Turn left at Sparrow Dr. and head West
- The Village of Royal Palm Beach Community Center will be on your left.

- From either I-95 or the Florida Turnpike, exit on Okeechobee Blvd. and head west.
- Make a left onto Royal Palm Beach Blvd and head South.
- Turn right at Sparrow Dr. and head West
- The Village of Royal Palm Beach Community Center will be on your left
